Yeah, only swap channels is on the next page, virgin uk area is completely missing

I'm sure someone else had this exact issue recently... can't remember how / if they managed to sort it - they may have just reflashed with another build.

If you wanna flash with Wooshbuild, there's a good guide in my sig below.

Or try any other firmware of your choosing.

I wouldn't even know where to start with reflashing my box etc, I bought it already set up like that

Yeah worked perfectly fine up north in Manchester, I moved to London and it's like this

You simply need to re-scan with ABM using the correct area set in ABM but as you're having issues entering your area in there, it's a bit of a kerfuffle :(

That's the NET ID for an area of London so it should do.

Yes that does sound right but you don't have the option to enter this in ABM :(
