looking to run iptv as well as virgin line and have the sky skin as well is this possible and if so please could you help as my dad has a h2h with vm but like the sky skin better and has iptv as well setup within bouquets

You just need to install a sly skin and then select it.

As for iptv your provider should be able to provide you will a script to run on your box which will add the iptv to your epg

Changing skins will not effect channel lists or the running of the box.
Always disable any tuners not in use.
