Network test is fine. And im using cable so no dish.

The line worked fine on sat, using the same line

But your using cable so you have a new connection yeah?

Ehh make sure you not trying to view blocked hd content as we all lost many channels when they went dark.ON SAT.

Only Ulster TV is working, all other channels SD wont clear either

Yes the line was fine, ie Sly sports cleared. I was having problems updating ABM which is why I reflashed

The line was working fine on sat. The reason for re-flashing the box was because I was getting a tuner failed error on some channels. I read I needed to update ABM but couldn't as my image was too low.

Not knowing what your using is the issue
cable line is for cable tuner for uk only so make sure your scanning uk cable
sat line is for sat tuner so make sure your tuner is also setup correctly or disabled.

OK i think i need to start fresh. Is there a factory re-set i can do without having to Re-flash?

Can someone point me in the direction of a set-up guide, and adding the C-line. I have the C-line text saved.

I think ill get there if i take it step by step.

Flashing GrogBuild or WooshBuild will take no longer than 10 minutes and both have plugins to import your line from a USB stick.
Factory reset will just render the box unusable.

Prob the best option. I will try the USB import method first and if that still doesnt work I'll re-flash. Does the online re-flash option work as expected?

Much easier than trying to flash by usb.
