ZGEMMA HS Crashes when i press menu button

Hello all
I have just purchased a ZGemma HS.
I have started to set up but now when I press the menu button the unit crashes.
I can get into some of the menu by pressing the blue button.
Any help appreciated

This is now sorted. I removed a plugin and now working.
Another issue I have is that I am trying to download a softcam but cannot find it in plugins. Can you help?
Please note I am a novice at this

If your image is OpenATV it's preloaded with cccam 2.3 I don't know about other images. In any case, if it's not preloaded or you want another cam like mgcamd, you can download .ipk files from download section here.
