Zgemma newbie

pm received 1 line I couldn't get working but surprisingly the line that did work is a dual line that works on both sat and vm newcamd.list sent so should be fine
 
Dsayers any guide out there to update the zgemma to new firmware without losing my line on the box

Some say settings backup reflash then restore settings but I don't do settings restore when reflashing just keep copies of my line on pc then send back after reflash
