Zgemma problem

hi can anyone help got a friend who's zgemma box is stuck on a http// 404 error when re flashing.
he can get so far then says that error message, was wondering if anyone had same issue.

I think 404 error is incorrect address .How is he trying to flash it and is he installing Open Atv 6.2 image first, then following wooshmans instructions here: http://www.techkings.org/threads/wooshbuild-infinity-for-all-enigma2-boxes.140702/
