Hi all every time I switch the box on I have to run cross epg loader to get the epg to show channels using wooshbuild slyk skin is this normal ? Thanks

Leave it on standby rather than switch of at the wall if thats what youve been doing.

Wooshbuild is designed to load the EPG updates every morning at 7.45am.
If your box is switched off then it will never auto update.
Just power off at night and leave the box in standby and your problem will be solved.
