Zgemma Star S2All

Hi All,
Was setting up my new box zgemma s2, i did a factory reset, it seems to be stuck on a loop,jost going from 50 - 100. Can i swith off and switch back on without doing any damage? All help greatly appreciated

Yeh but might not fix
Factory reset wipes a lot
Try removing usb if restart doesnt work 1st time

Thanks for reply, i got s2 flashed and setup with image, all channels seem to be on epg apart from Irish. Anyone help?
