hi, anybody got any idea why i cant get certain channels in hd(i got them in sd) on my zgemma when i can get them on my openbox (same provider) channel 5 etc, any info would be gratefuly apreciated, cheers.
 
Your box isn't actually doing an auto scan. That takes about a half hour. Try deleting your bouquets, run a auto scan then rerun bouquets. If still doesn't work then we need to look at your ABM config

What image are you using? Channel 5hd has only became recently available so if you're using vix 3.2037 or below it needs adding to the whitelist also if your on a really old image there maybe other hd channels that need adding.
 
hi all, just to be clear im a newbee still finding my feet, box was bought of fleabay 5 months ago( all working well) ive seen different images in the settings ill have a good look then report back, in the meantime thank you all for the help.
 
I am using openatv so I would have done a software update before the scan. So this is why I have it now.
 
Where can I get a software update from? Having same issue with hd channels , I'm also a virgin with most of this . Thanks in advance

hi mate, got my firmware update for my openbox from eopenbox.co.uk, but if you browse this site probably loads more on here, cheers.
 
hi mate, had a look in settings image is by virtuosso image extreme by team vix, bluehd v.31 looks like the last update was 9/7/15, cheers.

hi mate, got my abm config, does it lokk right to you? set up-expert, schedule scan yes, daily, keep all non bouq yes, add provider prefix to bouq no, place bouq at top, skip services onnon config sats yes, include non indexed chann yes, show in extensions no. thanks in advance.

hi mate, i can now get channel 5hd, but lose it when the box scans, i assume it needs to be added to the whitelist, i have looked around forum but cant find any guide on how to do this, any help or links would be apreciated thank you.
