Don't think they channels will come on until the champions league actually start , and it will be like the last few years when sly had it hit the red button and you will get it ....

I use a blade box for sat and I just usually go to the astra 28.2 on their epg where there is about 1250 channels and they usually come under sports active as you said we find out soon

All these hav audio for me but no picture. Is the same for everyone?

Picture & sound working fine for me on all 5 channels.
There was a problem a couple of years ago with F3s/F5s boxes only receiving sound but no picture on some channels. It was cured with a firmware update.
It also affected:-
Baby TV
GEO UK
Sony Max
Boxnation
Star Gold
H2
CI+1
What box do you have & what firmware installed (Menu > toools > information > software ver.).

WOW! That's the original firmware release. There have been 10 updates since then.

If you use the XMLTV EPG though, it will have the 1 hour summer time bug. It will cure your blank screen on the channels mentioned above though.

Thanks for that mate. Unfortunately I haven't a clue how to go about updating the firmware. Im a bit new to this scene.

Download firmware. Use Winrar or any other similar program (7zip, IZArc etc.) to unpack it. Put it on a USB memory stick.
Insert memory stick into Skybox. Go to Menu > tools > upgrade by USB. Upgrade mode = Image File (*.abs).
Select your image in "upgrade file" box (if you have more than 1 image on the memory stick). "Keeping DBS & setting" = yes. Scroll to "Start" & press OK.
Although it should keep all your important settings, make sure your gift is already backed up to your pc or USB stick first.

You don't enter 53220. 53220, 53230 etc. are the names of the channels.
You need to enter a frequency of 11344, symbol rate of 27500 & polarity of H & then save. Then do a search on that TP.

I use Cwaites list and my channels start from 481. I know it doesn,t help with your problem if your using Aj,s list.
And mine work fine.

Working fine here. Using AJ's latest list (but he hasn't added these BT sport extra channels yet), so scanned as in my previous post.

Yes. The skybox firmware should work OK on the openbox. The only difference will be that you will get the skybox splash screen when you boot up rather than the openbox one.
