I pressed Blue on any channel scrolled down to mounts then device manager pressed green where it says setup mounts and pressed the right arrow on my remote to my device said media/hdd pressed green to save asked me to restart my box and voila everything was back to normal
 
It seems there is a problem with the software updates. When the updates are run for some reason it is unmounting the hard drive.
For those that dont know how to mount the hard drive again
Press red > plugins > mount manager > green (setup mounts) > click the right arrow once to change it to media/hdd > green to save > restart the box when asked
 
No problems at all with the updates,just done alol 120 of them.wouldnt be a woosh problem anyway....more openatv if it played up again

Thanks Makido, Just done my 120 updates and I followed your instructions for remounting my hard drive.
This is something everyone should do when having recording and timeshift problems.

Are you on V7.002?
If you're not then do NOT do a software update via blue button but rather do an update via WB config to get to
the latest WB which is V7.002.
When you are on WB7.002 you can( at the moment) update to your hearts content.

Ive updated on zgemma 2s box and iptv plugin is not working, cant find streams or codecs to play the files then to reboot i have to physically turn the box off to restart it as it freezes when restart from the remote

The updates work fine and it's iptv player that has been changed by openatv.
Go into it and click on the rubiks cube image to access it.
Update the iptv player to latest version then blue button on updater icon (ironman) or you will have a 100+ links there,
 
I'm using a 2s box but if I got a h2s box could I back up the settings of my 2s which is running whooshbuild v7 and put on to the h2s box when I flash it and would it save my IPTV?thanks

No as the boxes use different file structures.
2s uses S1 and the h2s uses h3
