:D:D it was fixed this morning. you will have to find out if your server has fixed it firstly. if they have then just update to mgcamd1.45b and use your line like normal or install oscam and enable the following below as i said this morning.

Drop CWs with wrong checksum:
Skip CWs checksum test:

No one knows for how long it will work but it confirms that vm changed their encryption in prep for something else. not sure why they would waste time on the old caid though when they plan a fully cardless setup in the future....
 
Has anyone from Croydon got theirs working? I've got no channels working. Confused after getting all these posts whether there is a fix or not as done are dating yes and others are saying no?

For the vast majority of people it WASN'T fixed and your 'fix'/'solution' whatever you want to call hasn't worked.

I can categorically say mine is working, and have posted screenshots on this forum, as can a lot of other users on here who are watching cable premium channels via cs tonight. I know of two providers (providers not resllers) that have it working. If your povider hasn't then that's down to you to hassle your provider to get it fixed,.

Sorry mate any chance you can share how you got it to work please
 
Anyone that is using oscam and followed grogs post from earlier and still having issues, then it means your provider has not made the changes at his end, why is so many not getting this, it is easy to understand, I use mgcamd 1.45 and still not fixed, my provider says he is working on it, but he is a re seller and what he means is hopefully it gets fixed by his guy as soon as possible. Abit of patience might go a long way over the next few days on this.

Oh so now we're going to the "it's your end" default that most pay servers seem to do.
Funny that.
I don't have to hassle my provider as I just switch to IPTV but there's a lot of lying and sleight of hand going on here with certain cable providers.

no its not, both server and box need to be fixed, once the providers server has been updated then the fix for the box mentioned in this and other threads needs to be done and hey presto.
