I tried with this guide, but I got stuck in Besratlge AGBs after I press Account Generieren, anyone got the same problem?
 
I don't know if it has been posted already but on this site you can get a free unlimited account at binload(dot)com.

You need to download their own newsgroup client software, but it works fine.

They use news1.eu.binload.com as server (i guess it is xlned servers behind).
