How to flash Arnet Kryptview - Firmware Loading Guide / Tutorial .

this was strange but I have got it going again. the box worked fine until I switched it off and left it in a cupboard as spare a few months back. now I came to it today and had the issue described earlier so I have just flashed it using a null modem cable with 11/11/12 firmware and it is back up and running. thanks for the prompt reply cactikid :-)

It was updated in November last year, they dont release firmware unless there is a problem, at the moment there are no problems with the firmware on the boxes now.

Doesn't the date of the latest firmware depend on the model number?

The latest A750 firmware was released in Feb 2013 wasn't it.

As for there being no problems with the firmware, has anything changed since your last post in this thread?

heard nothing myself but agree the longer its left undone the louder my voice will get,its called support,you fix it and will sell itself,and the other crowd that did not do a fix were sv bye bye.
 
dam sure you do as box is usually sold as fta,post 1 again,and firmware in downloads above dated 11112012 for the 780 above.
 
Have just reset net id, all now working perfect. Advice to all new comers, take an hour out and read previous posts all the info is there. Thanks to all who post.
 
Hi All! I am new here, some how i have managed to delete all the channels on my kryptview A750 box! I have no idea what to do now :( Plz can some one help me? Thanks
 
If for no other reason than to get my post count up, so that I can access the downloads.... :-)

My 780 went off earlier in the week. Re scanning etc like normal hasn't cured the problem, so I tried doing a S/W update. The box reboots, says "Download started"... the little Red bar goes up to 100% & the screen just sits there with "Download started" displaying forever. It appears to have May 2012 software on currently.

Hoping to flash it now & see what happens.
