Iptv stream issue

Can anyone pls advise on my issue. My stream regularly goes blank for a second then loops the last few seconds before carrying on. This happens on lots of channels, with and without vpn. I'm using Google chromecast.

Is it a supplier issue?
Internet issue?
Anything else?

Any suggestions for what I can do?

Get a test from another supplier and see if the same thing happens.

1. Go into cmd line on windows
2. Type ping then space then dns of server

Do a factory reset , have you tried a different player ,tried a different app ? VPN on/off . Is on live stuff or vod

Tried all the above but no luck. It's on live

You have done something wrong you can do it through a speed test not as good.

Is it the DNS from the iptv supplier I should be testing or my own?

Nothing wrong there so if you have cleared cache and rebooted router etc it is 90% a supplier issue.

Now I would get a test see how it goes. Report to supplier if all goes well with test or dump them

With lot of new smart tvs around and with addition of AI , similiar reports are emerging. I had the issue. I reduced resolution to 1280 x 720p. Then changed tv settings from hdr to sdr and so far the issue is gone. Thought I share my solution.
