Sorry, me again! Box now sorted but channels Dave, Gold and a couple of others say No signal - any ideas welcomed

Download it from the satellite section on here.
in the skybox section there is a post for channel updates by CDUB74.
Use his latest posted list maybe 17/12/15 ?

OK so I formatted the usb correctly to FAT32 download the channel list onto the usb which shows up when I plug into computer, made sure I have correct title ie TP_Prog.dbs but when I put it into the Openbox and go through the procedure it is basically saying there is nothing on my usb, so where please am I going wrong ?? Thanks in advance

Are you changing the file from image to misc in the menu settings?

Yes followed all the instructions correctly then when I get to the end to check if it installed it says TP_PROG.dbs file not found

try reformatting your usb to fat32, your are unzipping the channel list file and adding the file extracted?

did you unzip the file to the root of the usb stick or is it still in the zip/rar file?

I did look at that but it didn't say it was a zipped file and there was no way it would enable me to unzip unless I don't know what I am doing!!

if you go to a site like lyngsat or kingofsats and look at which frequencies the channels are being broadcast on, you can search each frequency for the channels. Once found, they will update automatically in your channel list.

Eeeek looked on there just double dutch to me. Maybe I shall end up just binning the box as I am losing the Will to Live !!

Hi,

They're all transmitting on the following frequency:
12129 V ; SF 27500; FEC 2/3

Go into Menu > Installation (Enter) > TP LIst (Enter) > Add (Enter)
Add the frequency as above.
Highlighted the newly added entry and then click OK to search
