Soft cam panel

Hi there, does anyone know why the soft cam panel disappeared of my h2h i tried an update and i lost all channels , so when i went to restart softcam no cam panel there anywhere..help..lol

You don't need softcam panel on OpenATV any more.

Menu > Setup > Decryption and Parental control > Softcam Setup

You can select/restart your cams from there

I did a reflash from the start and soft cam came back on, was a bit of a mare but got there in the end..

It should work but you will have to do all things, area, line again, bit pain but should work..

Sure you have started from scratch reset the box

ok, download this softcam feed and install it, either by usb or by FTP it to tmp and use Blue>plugins>ipk installer then the softcams are available in plugins>green
it will require a reboot after installing softcam feed:

Hope your sorted, i just reset box and had to go back to square one, lost everything was a punt but that or no tv..lol

Installing the "secret feed" aka "softcam feed" does not install softcam panel. It allows you to install softcams

Don't do any updates until it is fixed, leave it as it is if you get in going.

it did not put it there when i reflashed yesterday, download the softcam feed further up in the comments and follow the instructions

I never did a reflash i set the box up for the first time flash, and softcam came back on.

Same here, did a Openatv software update and Softcam panel has now vanished :-(. Had to manually install mgcamd which curiously is now 1.45, but softcam panel still not visible. Having installed mgcam, this then enabled a new Decryption menu in setup which allowed me to restart the cam.

Now to reinstall Oscam! Grrr....progress eh!

Update: poxy OpenAtV update has also blown away all my other plugins, e2m3ubouquet and epgimporter. Think I’m going to roll back to a backup.
