Did you get this fecker working or not, I need to go to sleepOk guys, I think I've bricked the box while flashing the firmware...😢
It lost power for second as I accidently stretched the lead.
Right now just says "BOOT "on the box and no source on TV.
Anyone encounter similar or have a fix??

Try the fix and update firmware i posted above and see what happens mate.Sorry mate,
I didn’t have time to fool around with it. I’ll definitely be working on it over the weekend. Hopefully I’ll get it sorted, if not it was an expensive door stop!

Hi Ferret,1. Format a USB to FAT32.
2. Rename the software to "update.bin" and copy to USB.
3. With the Viark disconnected from the POWER, insert the USB into the VIARK receiver.
4. Turn on the Viark and press (hold) the POWER button on the front of the receiver.
5. Stop pressing the POWER button, once the letters "-ES-" appear on the display, since the recovery will start.
Note: if the recovery fails, try several more times, since sometimes it usually fails.
Try this mate updatebin attached for Viark 4K
Did you extract the update.bin from the .rar file posted ?Hi Ferret,
Trying the above mate and getting no where!
Downloaded the file you attached and renamed "update.bin" as directed. When I tried to open the file i got "the archive is either in unkown format or damaged"
Anyway, carried out the reboots holding the Power button with USB in front usb slot and rear usb slot.
Without usb, display says BOOT. With USB it says USB but thats as far as it goes...
ES doesn't appear as expected.
