Is PT connected ? Menu-Net&Games bottom option on the 4k.
Channels still clear its connected then just a blip in the firmware, few people have mentioned the same issue.

Hi All,
Wrecking my head trying to get any Sly channels to open.
Bought box from Sat.De, using on USALS with usual channels clearing. Went to purchase the “VIP” package on the purchase site, paid through PP & happy Dayz, so I thought. After numerous reboots & factory resets, nothing. Contacted supplier and was informed I was on the server (Apollo) so I have sub for 3yrs and have IPTV for 6 months, so was informed that Sly should be clearing. Supplier returned money through PP.
Still no joy, and I’m about to throw the remote through the TV.
Anyone had this issue?

VIP is for bein channels.
SP1 is for de / uk channels (or sp2 if you want apollo extended too).

Most of the HD channels open, just no BT sports (HD or SD), no Viaplay Sports or Premier Sports, No MUTV or LFCTV and no Sky Docs HD, Comedy Central HD, MTV HD, Nick Jr HD, TLC HD (those last 4 don't even use icam, so no idea why they don't open) and maybe a couple of others (can't think of the names off the top of my head).

Hi mate,
See Whatsapp conversation with supplier, he mentions that I am on the server an Sly UKshould clear as-well as Sly De.

If your provider has returned your payment he's probably cancelled or disabled your line/update

If your box is new (which I think from your previous post it is), then you will be valid until 2025 as it includes 3 years of forever server, but afaik it will not include SP1 even on new boxes.
You have to buy SP1 separate and your date should then change to 2026.

You didn’t buy the right code though you need SP1. Movi will clear as it isn’t part of SP1, purchase SP1 and you will be away.

i have a pt.disconected Problem. Today all encrypted tv channels dont work.whats Problem?Internet ok.try after Half an hour with server config got it done .just watched sky cinema Action HD yesterday turned on the tv this morning and nothing was there anymore

Some of us have always maintained though that we perfer the picture quality of satellite over other options.
