*Update*
I’ve been WhatsApp’ing the provider on my issue and I’m at the conclusion “As useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle”
I have inserted my serial number on the site and it returned the following:
The device is in Europe
IKS time is 2022-10-27 -- 2025-10-27
and you can use (SP1,SP2) Card_NO
IPTV time is 2022-10-27 -- 2023-04-27
and you can use (SP2) Card_NO
So I purchased through PP the SP1 option.
Still no progress on the purchase.
Now the provider is asking me for IM (line 4 on the recharge site) to which I haven’t a bulls notion how to find and I’m after going through the menu’s a thousand times.
Can someone with Viark 4K advise me on how to search for this IM the provider requested please.
