Hopefully you haven’t given him the wrong serial number and given someone a free lunch however if your Iptv is working and wasn’t before then it can’t be that, but easy to check the serial on the email confirmation against your box serial #
Yeah, I’ve checked the serial and it’s all correct. The IPTV was due to expire in January, so the date has extended from January 2023 to January 2024. Serial number all correct

I had to reboot the box twice before anything new opened, the server picked up the new expiry date instantly though, but 2 reboots later and it's working fine.
 
The thing is, when I put the serial number and SP2 code into the renew forever site, all the dates match up correctly.

The only other option is to contact them via their WhatsApp. Other than that I might have to write this one off. I extended my IPTV though, which is what I set out to do in the first place

if you don’t have any luck via WhatsApp the only other thing you could try is to relflash with the stock firmware to bring the box back to as new then flash it with 1.14 again in case something was corrupted when you were flashing before.

Just out of interest. What version is the stock firmware?
 
No such luck I’m afraid. Re flashed the box with factory firmware 4.00, as 1.00 and 2.00 wouldn’t work. Then re flashed with 1.14 and still showing the same expiration date unfortunately

Did you do factory reset ? Mine was showing disconnected . After factory reset and rescanning of channels all working fine.

Nearly after 1 and half year this door stopper came to some use !

No I didn't do a factory reset, however when it updated to 1.14 the other day, it did a factory reset anyway.

Try this:

Flash the box with the factory firmware 6.00 and do a factory reset.

Then re flash with firmware 1.14 and do a factory reset one more time.

Have you tried with a different usb device (smaller capacity) grasping at straws here, everything seems to point to an issue with the box as if the recharge site shows you as extended then the supplier has obviously applied the update at his end and I wouldn’t think he would be able to assist you in any way.

I will try that now. I have already sent the vendor a WhatsApp message though to see if they can help
