I unplugged everything from the diseqc and put 16e to lnb1 and still nothing... I'm lost but put a manual switch in and all works fine... 28 2 and 19.2 through diseqc switch on one side and 16e on the other side. Now just a fine tune on the dish for 16e as only 55% quality then I'll be done for now

Hmm… try redoing the coax on the 16e wire. If that doesn’t work, post some pics of receiver settings, diseqc, coax and f connectors.

I get 60% on zone 2 sky dish on 16east

Try this one when you get a chance, it’s a harder lock. It’ll be interesting to know how that performs as dish size for 16e pops up every few pages on here lol.

I'm new to the Satellite world so looking for some guidance on how to receive these feeds that are posted. I've set up my Viark Sat 4k and have access to the premium channels. I've also set up my motorised dish and have scanned in the channels for 13E, 16E, 19.2E and 28.2E and plenty of premium channels working. I've also read through various posts but I'm not sure how to pick up these individual feeds. I've worked out how to enter the 16 digit key and the frequency and symbol rate via the key menu, however, I think I'm supposed to tune in the Biss feed and leave it on that channel? That part has me stumped, can someone point me in the right direction? Cheers

@bob828 not sure if you can scan individual transponders (TP) on the Viark, at least I've never tried it myself.

What you can do is do a Blind Scan on 16E (which will take a while longer than a usual scan), but should pick up the feed called "POL-102 Main"

You either blind scan the whole sat or you can manual add the single frequency then scan it.

Then follow this to add the key

My viark auto updated the keys itself, once the transponder was scanned in.

Thanks Ferret, the blind scan did the trick. It was your post I was following, though I still don't know how to tune in the Biss feed and leave on that channel for future feeds? Other than entering the odd c line on an openbox years ago I'm still learning about the whole motorised set up .
