Scan the tp only and let it remove original when prompted.
After a bit of advice re picking up future channels on my Viark Sat 4k. I couldn't get the Smith V Eubank fight (10E 11312 V 7200 4.2.0 ID:Tower TX3 CW: D7 F2 DC A5 20 C1 10 F1).
I tried a blind scan which did not pick up the channel and then I added the key manually and tried another scan with no joy. Not sure if I am missing something or just my dish at 80cm is not big enough to pick up the channel? I'm in the north west. Cheers

Dish isnt big enough,ive got a triax 110cm which just say picks up the football feeds on 10east.
80cm is too small unless it was a very strong feed.
Thanks Skella99, I though that might be the case. See how I go over the next few months I only installed the motorised set up recently.

Is that transponder present in your transponder list on 10e?
You have to add the transponder then scan it.

I'll take a look if I can get it , it was on Arena sports 16e , and a Canal channel
Hi Jester1, No it is not present. I added the details via the key menu and also tried a TP search. Is there something else I should be doing?

I love 16e transponder it has everything covered i need so have my dish fixed to it , i use to have 13 and 19e but i use it more on 16e , just a shame supersport some times can be a little glitchy but arena is perfection as a backup and it doesn't bother me the lanuage for footy but wish i thought to look there for the boxing to see what i thought with it being a different sport.

If the transponder you require is missing from the list you need to add it,
1, Open Antenna Configuration menu
2, Bring up transponder list by pressing OK button on Transponder
3, Press Right button to highlight Add
4 , Add transponder by entering details press OK when done
5, Transponder will now show in list
6 , Press Left button to go back to Select and press OK
7, Select TP search in Start Search to scan your transponder
As long as the transponder has decent Quality figure you should be good.
Usually Viark will find the Key automatically.

That transponder will be switched off now mate.

Is anyone able to see S Sport on 42e? I think I was told a while ago that they were no longer broadcasting maybe, but LiveonSat is suggesting they are showing the France v Ireland game tonight. I've tried scanning, but no luck so far.

That's where I ended up. Thanks bud. Not sure why I didn't keep checking down the list after S Sport to begin with.
