Is this Xtream-Editor that everyone seems to be using a generic plugin or is it iptv provider specific (like the XtreamTV plugin is)?

If it is a plugin you can install and use, can someone send me a link the 2.10 please and I will add it to the Wooshbuild feeds like I have the Suls plugin.

hello guy just wondering if anyone could help me set up vpn on zgemma box h5 ive got a vpn account with digibit and have the whoosh build kind regard matt

The H5 is still on version 6 and waiting to have WooshBuil 7 made for it. The easy VPN adder is in the WB 7 plugins.

To do it manually you will need to get the config files by contacting digibit and following their instructions.

This thread ISN'T for VPN or IPTV related questions / problems

Woosh, sorry I promised you this a couple of days ago. This is the link for the 2.10 file which I use for IPTV on my H2.S box running WB v7.02. They work very well together. http://xtream-editor.com/files/enigma2-plugin-extensions-xtreameditor.zip

Now if I press the green button to call up 'add plug-in' that just takes my back to the tv screen. I can't use any of the choices in WBConfig, alter the Autoboquets, or add/remove any plug-ins.

Because I can't alter the Autobouqet I can only scan for free to air.

Is it just a case of writing version 7 off and sticking with 6, as my box doesn't seem to like 7.02?

Your settings are the cause I would imagine and not the image.

Reflash WooshBuild 7 but don't restore your settings. The worst that will happen is you lose any timers you have. I presume you have your line safe, if you have one, away from your box aslong with any IPTV details.

We would have been inundated with posts if wb7 was stopping the plugins from working.

Up to you how you want to move forwards though, but isn't wb7
 
I’ve updating to v7 twice now but every time I press the blue button to check for software updates and then run them it gets stuck in boot mode and I have to reflash. Do we need to leave the updates alone for now?

I wasn't inferring a problem with the build just my box.

I can't reflash from the WBConfig as that no-longer works, but I've saved an image and I'll upload that and try again.

It's as if the screen is there but invisible.

Ah hang on.....

Blue button -> flash online / local -> Blue -> Yellow -> storage device -> WooshBuild-Latest.zip -> press green

Did you update to v7.02 via the wb-config settings
 
Pia working on h2s.
A bit of advice for any glitchy lines or iptv glitches. Its worth checking which of your vpn providers locations has the lowest ping and then try that in the plug in. Or maybe try a server close to where the providers server is located?
Dont know if the plug in could have a way to show the pings so you can choose the optimal one.

Wooshman, great work. Any chance of a build for the formular boxes? [emoji2]

This is a really nice idea. I will look at adding this feature.

A quick look and not a simple s first thought as the boxes don't contain a full linux command set - in this case ping. Always pain when you want to ping a server lol

For people not having vpn working! I may have a solution . After hours of pissing about deleting the plugin, changing the password and restarting . I decided instead to put the box in a deep sleep and low and behold it worked first time. It may work for you instead off trying to restart? Good luck and I hope it works like it has for me

I've tried uninstalling the line and reinstalling via the CAM importer and sometimes that works only for the line to again stop working shortly thereafter. Sometimes waiting a minute or two sitting on the blank channel the picture appears but at other times nothing. I've tried a fresh install using Basebuild and every works fine initially but again the line stops working within hours, sometimes immediately after a channel change to free channel.

I've spoken to my line supplier who confirms all okay at his end.

I've even tried removing the softcam plugin and reinstalling but once again the issue persists. I've been to hell and back with this but I don't know what is causing the problem.

Defo seems a issue sorry since update.. Again not saying its Woosh could be open atv
 
I would start again but this time I wouldn't restore settings and then fpt your line to your box with filezilla and see if that works

Without knowing everything about Wooshbuild or OpenATV it may well be there are factors at work which affect some lines however I am happy to say that having got a 2nd (failed) and then third line from my provider my paid channels are now clear and viewable.

I did flash my box with latest Wooshbuild and imported my line then setup everything as I wanted without restore any backup. It's a bit of a pain but a good way to familiarise yourself with the menu system and then once I had everything working as I wanted I did a full backup. Fingers crossed all is well.
