Sky free sat + IPTV working in harmony with EPG ;)

Anyone had any problems with the Zgemma h2s dropping lan connections? Mine has only started doing it since I tried creating the epg, have I clicked something I shouldn't have? As with no connection all I have is black iptv

Failing to get epg to load got the rest all showing. It comes up importing and when done the epg is blank. Followed the tutorial video
 
Currently working on a script that will run and compare the FTA bouquet to your Xtream generated bouquet and replace the links with the #Service which will mean that your IPTV bouquet will be populated channels which it can grab from FTA, rather than using IPTV.

This will then mean one set of bouquets for everything!

And also control over things with Xtream Editor.

yeah . On the m3u I used it appeared to populate egp in the epgmap settings automatically but they didn't match what was written on the right so I though it might be that. So I made a shorter list and populated the epg manually and loaded it still nothing. No big deal I am fortunate enough to have VM and an android box with a couple of subs running just wanted to get it on the zgemma

To start with all you need is an iptv provider that can give you an m3u link. Ask around

Do not disable the daily check on CROSSEPG

I forgot to mention you don't need to FTP into your box at all, if you just download the ipk onto a usb stick you can load it from there (so no additional software or computer knowledge needed)

For people looking to record..you can record what your watching but the server sees this as a second connection that's why the channel freezes after a min. A multiroom or dual iptv sub is required for the recoding.

My question is after paying for this 15 whatever it is a year..can I replicate this on a number of boxes..it says somthing like 5 lists for the gold but does this mean 5 boxes?

So if you have a multi room / dual sub then you could record one programme while watching another ?
 
With the dual sub it lets you record what your watching..so one connection is playing through the box and the second is downloading in the background..maybe if you had 3 connections it may let you do what your watching and another but not 100% that also sounds like it would put a big drain in your internet and possible strain on your box as they are not that powerful really

Ok so i tested out the recording theory..with a dual line you can record one thing while you watch another or record what your watching.. you may be able to record 2 things at the same time if you are just on the freeview channel bouquet. But you would need to stop the recoding of one of them before launching an iptv channel or it will freeze.

You can setup up 5 lists on the subscription you have and use them on multiple boxes.

I did it a bit differently as I had USA channels as well.

So i added one list called UK and one list called USA.

The created a merged with both those in it and added the merge to my box.

The API thing isn't really gonna be needed, you set the m3u within the list itself
