Zgemma H7

Anyone have problems with the field of view with the remote
It's seems well tight, inch of to the side and it won't work

The same remote works great on the h2s

Me !! I thought it was something to do with how I have i set up/positioned, its damn frustrating !

Get yourself on OpenDroid mate.
It won't cure your remote problems but it looks nice lol

I'm so used to openatv now
I can do everything blindfolded
Well at least go through the menu with keypads

I see it comes with multi boot
So you never know

Right I'm on the h2s
And I'm trying so do some sums here lol

Your total memory is 766.8

Mine is 216.9

So that is 3.535 of a difference to be close enough

So if I can your total memory and free memory, to give me used memory
So your difference is 205.3
Mine works out at 87.2

So if I multiply my number by 3.535
Gives you 308.25

So my h2s is running worse with atv on it

Will try the h7 once setup right lol

Do any of you know if its possible to add the satellite info to the EPG entry on OpenATV
For example for it to indicate if its 19e 13e 28.2e etc ?

This is shown AFTER you've zapp'd to the channel but not on the pre selection.
This was a default setting on ViX which I miss :(

Probably more of an OpenATV question but it's on a 7C :(y):

pulled the h7 apart today to get the hdd in
when i was there i thought i would look at the remote problem and the air digital logo

so to get in to the box
2 screws on the side
3 on the rear

remove hdd bay, 4 screws

remover the front bit
1 screw on left
1 screw on right

then
2 plastic tabs on top left and right
4 lower plastic tabs, spread across the base, just push up

to remove it fully, remove the two white connectors, pull out easy enough
(last bit may not need done)

to remove the front panel board
6 screws spread over it
then it just pulls out easy enough

to put back in just do in reveres
very easy done

cover up air digital logo
i folded up some black duct tape and only stuck it to the top easy, the housing pushes it in to shape

fix remote signal
i tested it out of the case and it worked really really good

so i dont know if the plastic is to dark or its something else

but what i did was bend the remote receiver bit in a wee bit
the main bit seemed to be on the side
so i bent it more to the front
not to much just a bit

closed it up and its still very good

Nice walkthrough mate.
It looks a lot better with the Air Digital logo covered up.
I used damp proof course on mine cut to size.
