7 Day EPG issue

How do you guys get the 7 day EPG up? Channel 98 ( using the latest sly list from here) says 7 day EPG but doesn't show anything. Or is there a button I'm not using on the remote that gives me the 7 day EPG?

When you're on a channel,press the "OK" button. Then press "yellow" for EPG update. When completed press "EXIT". Then press "EPG" on the remote, and it should be populated.

Go to the 7 day epg channel and press epg button wait for a minute and all the epg will update

tried this and it just has 'no audio/video' on the screen and doesn't do anything
