All channels scrambled, help!

I have a V8S openbox that was working perfectly since August but now all channels are scrambled except for free to view. I've tried going into network settings and updating from there 5 times but no joy. Any ideas?

How do I restart ccam? My provider is no longer contactable

If they're no longer contactable chances are they've done a runner. Was it bought with a 24 month gift of eBay by any chance?

It was. But all my family have bought from same person and theirs are all working.

Try restarting both the box and router. If the person you bought the box off has been reselling or reusing lines on multiple boxes it's usually a matter of time before they start getting disconnected.
