best card server down?

Does anyone know if best card server is down? I can connect to the server but everything except FTV is down..

Did you try a reboot of your box and router, that would be a start.

I have rebooted the router, modem and the box.. Entered the c line again, it even shows connected. Both are green.. I have no idea what to do now add I know my box has access to the internet as I can log onto and retrieve the channel lists.. my c line provider has confirmed all is good.

what could have changed?

might the dish have moved or loose cable connections,any signal and quality levels showing.

The signal quality is 86%, I can watch FTV channels including the HD ones..

Are you sure you entered the line exactly the way he sent it to you, and he should be able to log into your box to see what the problem is, ask them.

Or get a test line and try that, then you will know if your provider is telling porkies.

Thought I would update you guys on my issue. Contacted my provider who confirmed they had a few issues, the problem has been resolved.
