I recently bought a zgemma lc box with lines pre installed now all channels are black except fta channels. Sometimes they work if I leave them on for a while but used to work great

Not sure if that's a sat or cable box but I'd be restarting your cams first to see if that works, or taking a test line with someone to rule out provider

It's cable mate I tried resetting cccam.where do I get a test line? Thanks

Sounds like a provider issue.
