Blade 8000

Hi, I have a blade 8000 box, will this work with a cable line? Anyone have instructions to set up a cable line for my box?

Hi,

They brought out the BM8000s as a combo,

The first set of firmware had problems or wouldn't scan for cable channels, the sat side was fine,
so I heard.

They then brought out newer firmware here

It was supposed to sort out the cable side.

Haven't heard much about these or seen one working.

There doesn't seem to be much info about, you may have to work a lot of it out yourself.

New firmware does sort the box out. Just do a Power Scan on the cable tuner,and it'll find the channels.
