bt 1,1 and3

Hi peeps - Need your help!! my kv a780 is ok on most *ports, but bt,1,2 and 3 is freezing like mad, any ideas please? Everything else is up to date, ie f/w scanning etc. Am wondering if a new f/w is coming out to solve the problem.

If all has been ok before ?
I would try a rescan if that has not fixed your problem
It must be down to your provider
