Cross EPG issue on Openvix

Hi - have just set up a H2H with Openvix and all channels coming through fine but the EPG only seems to be working for VM (Ireland) and isn't populating for Sky, even after a manual download. Any ideas? Thanks

How's it going mate. Is that to be ticked in Cross EPG settings? Hid a few of the bouquests in ABM but that was the only setting I changed on it.
