You need to Ftp to the ECT folder in your box

use a ftp program like
dreambox control centre

if you are stuck mate i can teamvier you and do it for you

hi i would love if lancable could help me with dm 500s i have the same problem i cannot figure out c line and channel list etc your help would be very much appreciated via team viewer i would happily set up for you i hope i am not on wrong page i apologise if so
