Freezing channels

I've got two Zgemmas h2s one straight into router one into power plugs when there both plugged in channels freezer when I disconnect Ethernet out of power plug so there's only one running freezing stops any suggestions

Is it definitely a multiroom line? if it is, could just be a shit server.

ask your supplier if the line you have is multiroom and how many connections you are allowed per line

I'll do that if I just put a different line in other box would they work then fine

Possibly. But even then, if the line is shit it'll still freeze.

sounds like its not mulitroom. speak tou your provider or just get an additional line from your provider or someone else

Try a test line in one and see if that resolves it if so the line does not like multiroom.
