Freezing H2H

Hi all, set up my new H2H on virgin yesterday and it has frozen about 4 times in about 10 hours, is this normal as I was told by the seller that it wouldn't happen?

Shit server or something with your internet. Make sure all the safety settings on your router are turned off.

Not always server read through the forum them boxes have issues with the tunners. Diffrent box same server not one freeze
