Frozen

Hey,I’ve just returned home from work and my H5.2TC is frozen. I’ve rebooted it and no channels working,only free view bbc etc. Any help is much appreciated!

Sound's like it's your line with FTA channels the only ones working.

being a TC box I assume you have a cable sub...restart the cam.
on ATV goto: menu/infopanel/sofcam panel....green button to restart...check to see IF channels now clear.
