Do a full sat scan, or when in a channel list hit the green button and select astra 28.2 E then try a few different HD channel listings, there may be a few of each channel listed, if no joy do a full sat scan (should show 900 + channels when done) if not either bad coax, loose coax or the chief culprit lnb
