FTA hd

Hey guys can anybody help me change only the FTA channels to hd. I've swapped it on the bouquet maker but channel 5 switches but it's not fta on hd. I'm sat scratching my head

channel 5 HD is not FTA, on sly you have to have a subscription to watch channel 5 HD

also on ABM you can remove all HD and when in the area press menu and add ones

Ive tried this but i cant seem to link it with the number. say i press 101 it would be bbc not bbc hd

am i being a complete bone head
