How can I connect remotely to two boxes

Getting a box upstairs and was wondering how I can connect to both separate boxes remotely from outside my network via open webif.

Port forwarding through your router

suggest you put a password on the box too.

Have one box already setup would I just use a different unused port? Already password protected ;)

Yep. Alternative is to use a VPN in to your home network so you appear "at home". Depends if your router supports being a VPN server or if you have a PC that you can use as a VPN server...

indeed

one for the web interface and the 2nd for the streaming / transcoding (if available) port

personally recommend connecting via HTTPS & password enabled - so that the browser comm is encrypted too.
