How to do a swap file on Xtrend 8500

Can someone explain how.....and is it worth it. What difference would it make ?

I don't own one but I'd say there no need for it on them

you probably don't need one on a powerful box.

If your box crashes overnight when downloading epg, bouquets etc, then you need one.

Never had to use one for likes of Xtrend because of the spec already, likes of Amiko definitely need one to help.
