can ya get a cablebox with + rerecording pause, rewind and record live TV, ?

I tried the amiko mini combo but the picture was pixalating on the HD channels.

Seems to be a bit of a common theme. I use it now as my second box for sat and it's fine.

Running a miraclebox mini combo £150 from world of sat.

I am running a cable line and a sat line off the same box so I can record on cable and watch on sat or vise versa

Same line I was using with the amiko but on this box it is spot on.

I would go with what I have got, it is at the cheap end
of good quality boxes.

If you spend £70 on an amiko and you don't get the end result (like me !!)
then it's a bit of a waste.

I have a big tv in the living room, so you notice the difference alot more between SD and HD on a bigger screen.

Just google world of sat, if you join the forum first I
think you get about a fiver discount when you buy a box.

Cable line will be about £80 - 90 per year, so it's a bit more expensive than sat.

If you buy a box I can give you some pointers on how to set it up if you want.

Oh, it's a combo, so one cable tuner, one sat,

Not seen any duel cable tuners unless you go for quad tuners (two of each) and they are knocking on about £250 - 300
