Mag box loads then goes blank as if nothing is turned on

HELP! My mag 250 has just started messing up when I go to turn it on it loads then screen goes black and my tv doesn't pick anything up.... any sggestions

I had a similar issue, and it was the HDMI settings on my tv, not the mag box
