Pardon my ignorance, but wouldn't a VPN just get around the blocking issues in Brazil? I'm assuming that up to now no-one in Brazil used them, which is what 80% were blocked once the local ISP's filtered that traffic?

I'm not sure how it all works but I think a vpn will clear blocks but not the new super blocks.

I can see how they can block via the ISPs (via packet sniffing?) but wonder if the super blocks somehow prevents the IPTV providers from taking the feed in the first place? Though can't see how that would work either.

There’s NO such thing as a super block websites that report FAKE news like to make a meal of it then people believe in the hype of it
