i didnt reboot after deleting channels only after i installed the new one ,, well caught bazz cheers mate ill give it a go and see how i get on

Hi guys I updated the firm ware to the latest one as the one i had was from a few years ago! now it looks better & menus look better! but when I put AJ's list in the Favs are not named! & for the life of me I can work it out! I have changed the 1st one to Entertainment, I cant seem to get the thing to move to the next Fav.. Lifestyle, also on the list I cant get BBc1 bbc2 channel4 and lots more just dont work! R we all having this problem or just me?

Hi Bud thanks for the reply! I no what they should be it doesnt let me change them. My Group list goes... Fav Group 1,2,3 etc I was able to change the 1st one to Entertainment but cant go to the next Fav Group 2 to change it! Any help welcome!!!

Having issues trying to get the F5 Box connected to the web, any help would be greatly appreciated.

its connected via cable and the router has a green light meaning the connection should be good :S

While you are in the "favorites edit" menu, press the "Fav" button on your remote, choose the Fav, then use the Rename icon.

For those using Internet Explorer & having problems with corrupt download files, try using Firefox instead.

IE sometimes has problems with compressed files.
