no channels except sky music

Hi...for the last couple of days, when I switch on I only get sky music. When I do an auto scan all the channels load but the same thing happens the next day. I would be grateful for any help.

Have you ticked the boxes to hide the bouquets.

Menu/setup/service searching/autobouquets maker/hide section.
That's if your using Openvix.
