Oenbox V5s vs skybox F5s

Hi Guys,

I have a skybox F5s and need to get one for my bro. Am I right in saying that the Openbox V5s is the same thing (but newer), just under a new name?

On the specs view sky box f5s win over V5s , but v8s win over F5s (on the term of the species)
