Openbox v8s

A friend of mine wants a basic box like my skybox f3....but there seems to be more open box v8s keep coming up....is this the same or better then the skybox f3?

Prices are £35-45?

The V8 allows you to use XMLTV EPG for an (up to) 7 day EPG.

It also has WEBTV (IPTV), but there seems to be a sound bug in it which gives no sound on some stream formats.
