Pixelated picture can’t install Serviceapp

Help needed guys. I can’t install serviceapp through telnet as it’s giving error and it’s not available on my plugins list. Box is zgemma h2s running woosh

What version of atv?
menu>information>about?

should be 6.2 or preferably 6.3

It's prehistoric, try flashing an image from this century and see how it goes

When I try up update the only option it gives me is 5.1. :/

You can't update it from 5.1 to 6.3, there's a dozen builds inbetween

download the image, unzip it, put it on a formatted usb and into the box and power it on
Hold the standby button until it says FLSH on the front then let go

make sure you have a backup of your lines/sat/iptv etc as these will need to be added again
