Maybe he was sent a box that they had "tested", thus it was seen on the network before they offered the 2 years free server.

A note to anyone considering purchasing a Qivart Dual.

Ask your intended supplier if the Duals they have are the new GIFTBOX version if you want the included 2 Years.

Old GIFTBOX versions wont have the included 2 years.

Just got mine and in the process of setting it up, so far so good and after installing 1.07 it's showing two years. Box manufactured 28/02/22 if any use.

I bought a dual one a month ago and with frimware 1.07 I have a gift of 2 years.
in the server/home share option I tried to connect through a local network with the gb trio4k and ncam with no luck
any idea?

What are you trying to do share the Dual to the Trio or the trio to the dual ?

Homeshare is for sharing from another box to the Qivart i think it only works that way.

It wont work is my understanding no outward going sharing from Qivart or Viark just sharing to them from other boxes that are not Viark or Qivart.

It could be the option of if a channels is unavailable via Sat it will play as an iptv stream.
